Tracey Rader has joined Sycamore Insurance Associates LLC as a customer service agent in the area of commercial insurance. She has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, which includes a seven-year specialty in aviation-related risks.

Sycamore Insurance Associates has named Kevin Padget, CIC, CRM, Account Executive specializing in property and casualty insurance. Padget is a Certified Risk Manager with special qualifications to analyze exposures to risk for both business and personal clients and to advise them on options for mitigating those risks.

Padget has more than 25 years of experience working for insurance companies and at the agency level. He is a graduate of the Indiana State University School of Business and completed 100 classroom hours of study in earning his CRM designation.

Jason B. Lester is Sycamore Insurance Associates’ new vice president of sales. He has 13 years of risk management experience in the commercial property, casualty and employee benefit fields. His primary focus is working directly with business owners to develop appropriate risk management strategies, with a focus on the health care, energy, equipment/auto dealer and manufacturing industries.

Jenni Thompson has joined Sycamore Insurance Associates LLC as a customer service agent. She works with customers in the areas of personal and small commercial insurance, as well as employee benefits, life and health.

Thompson has 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked with several area insurance firms. She holds life, accident and health, and property and casualty licenses in Indiana. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and a Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW).
